SIGNING DAY CENTRAL PRESENTED BY NEW MEXICO GAS COMPANY ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROGRAMS
La Cueva quarterback Aidan Armenta signed his National Letter of Intent to play football at the University of New Mexico. Armenta led the Bears to an 11-2 record his senior season with an appearance in the state championship game. Armenta threw for over 500 yards and five touchdowns in the state final against Cleveland. On the season, Armenta threw for over 4,300 yards and 50 touchdowns. He also rushed for four scores his senior season.
