FALL RULES CLINICS ONLINE
Fall rules clinics are to be attended by head coaches of all fall sports by August 15th. This is mandatory for all head coaches during their sports season. Please note, if your head coach attended a rules clinic at the 2024 New Mexico High School Summer Conference they do not need to take the online version. Online versions are available on each sports landing page.

ATHLETIC TRAINER ALL ACCESS PASS
All athletic trainers need an NMAA All Access pass to gain complimentary entrance into NMAA sanctioned events, including state championships. Please have your athletic trainer fill out the online application and submit it to the NMAA by August 23, 2024 in order to receive a pass for the year. The application form is available here.

NMAA/NMADA NEW ATHLETIC DIRECTOR WORKSHOP
The NMAA/NMADA will host the second New Athletic Director workshop Wednesday, August 21st. This meeting will be held at the NMAA Offices from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 pm with lunch provided. Come and learn more about the NMAA Handbook, Eligibility and Petitions, the Max Preps data system, DragonFly and much more. New Athletic Directors who attended the first meeting on August 7th are welcome to attend the August 21st meeting as well. This meeting is open to everyone, so if you just need a refresher, please sign up in your Final Forms account. In the afternoon from 12:30-4:30, we will offer LTC 502 on August 21st. Special registration in Final Forms is required for the afternoon session. For more information about these events, please contact Zac Stevenson at 505.923.3277.

MEMBER SCHOOL’S “OFFICIAL VOTER” DESIGNATION
NMAA Bylaw 3.12.1 states “The administrative head of each member school, with local Board of Education approval, appoints the “Official Voter” for the school. The “Official Voter” is the school’s voting representative for all matters pertaining to the business of the NMAA when the referendum is required.” NMAA Bylaw 3.9.2 requires that the “Official Voter”, and other staff information, is posted on MaxPreps on or before September 15. MEMBERSHIP DUES, FEES AND CONTRACTS
Membership dues/fees and contracts have been mailed to all schools. Please be sure to submit these to the NMAA by Monday, September 16, 2024. HUDL VIDEO UPLOAD
Athletic Directors, please remind your football coaches to have their games uploaded to Hudl following their contests. The deadline for games played on Thursday and Friday is 1 p.m. on Saturday. For games on Saturday, the deadline is 10 a.m. on Sunday morning.

MAXPREP SCORES
Reminder to input your final score into MaxPreps as soon as possible, following your contest. Having an accurate schedule on MaxPreps with the final score is vital to the seeding & selection process for State Championships.
