As a high school junior in 2003, Mandy Montoya helped Coronado High School win their first ever girls basketball state title.  In March of 2024 as head coach of the Penasco High School girls basketball program, Montoya helped the Panthers win their first ever girls basketball championship.  Here is a conversation NMAA Sports Information Director had with Montoya about the 2024-2025 season.
