MEMBERSHIP DUES
Any schools wishing to pay for their 2025-2026 NMAA membership before July 1st should contact Annette Castillo at [email protected] to request a quote or invoice. If your school will not be paying until the next fiscal year, invoices will be emailed on July 1st with the following terms:
• Invoice Date of July 15th
• Due Date of September 15th
For those paying after July 1st, Annette will also send a reminder email prior to July 1st to remind you to get your purchase order process started for membership. Please contact Annette with any additional questions or concerns.
SUMMER CONFERENCE – July 18-19
Remember to mark your calendar for the Sumer Conference! We especially want to highlight the program for SLAC this year, we have two great speakers coming – Craig and DJ Hillier and we would like to get to at least 100 SLAC participants. No cost and includes a book for each student!
JOIN THE NFHS NETWORK & GET PIXELLOT CAMERAS FOR $2500/each.
The NFHS Network is offering Pixellot cameras for your football field, gym, baseball, or softball fields to stream your varsity and sub varsity games at a much-reduced cost of $2500/each. This includes free installation. Even if you already have cameras in your stadium and gym but would like to expand to baseball and softball or any other sports, you can get cameras at this price. If interested, please contact J.P. Murrieta or Tyler Dunkel in our office.
AIR QUALITY REMINDER
As the windy season begins, air quality can be a concern. The NMAA has no mandate when it comes to Air Quality, but if the Air Quality Index is above 150, schools may want to consider suspending or postponing practices or games.
COMPETE WITH CLASS SCHOLARSHIP
The New Mexico Activities Association, in conjunction with the NMAA Foundation, will be awarding a maximum of five(5) $1,000 Compete with Class scholarships during the 2024-2025 school year. Awards will be given to students that best exemplify the three pillars of the Compete with Class sportsmanship initiative – Respect, Integrity, and Responsibility. Recipients will be selected by the NMAA Foundation Board of Directors based on recommendations from the NMAA and its member schools.
MAXPREP SCORES
Reminder to input your final score into MaxPreps as soon as possible, following your contest. Having an accurate schedule on MaxPreps with the final score is vital to the seeding & selection process for State Championships.
