HIGHLAND HORNETS SNAP A 6-YEAR STREAK

The Highland High School volleyball team snapped a 6-year streak on Tuesday night.  The Hornets beat Bernalillo 3-0.  It was Highland’s first varsity win since 2013.

The Hornets took the first two games by a score of 25-16, clinching the match with a 25-18 count in the third and final game.  The Hornets and coach Emily Conway are now 1-11 on the season with a match against Hope Christian on Thursday.
