The New Mexico Activities Association would like to highlight the following important information regarding the upcoming 2023 Fall State Championships.
Cross Country

- Spectators should enter the Albuquerque Academy campus through the West Gate located off Wyoming Boulevard at the Burlison stoplight or through the South Gate located off Academy Road at the Moon stoplight (Parking Map)
- The NMAA’s state championship souvenir vendor will be on site, but merchandise is also available online (kukulskibrothers.com)
- A concession stand will be available
Additional Information Specific to Members of the Media:
- All WORKING media with a valid 2023-2024 NMAA Media Credential will be granted access to cover the event
- Media members should enter the Albuquerque Academy campus through the North Gate located off Harper Drive
- Interviews may take place near the finish line after each race
- There will not be a “hospitality room”

Additional Information Specific to Members of the Media:
- All WORKING media with a valid 2023-2024 NMAA Media Credential will be granted access to cover playoff games
- On-field access on the sidelines for media is limited to the areas outside the team box (In addition to authorized team personnel, properly credentialed media representatives and approved event staff may be in the team box between the 10-yard line and 25-yard line, but only if approved by the head coach. Only authorized team personnel may be in the team box between the 25-yard lines); Media is allowed behind the team box
- On-field access will also be granted behind each end line
- Locker rooms are not accessible for the media
- Access to the press box is not guaranteed
- There will not be a “hospitality room”

- Photographers may not shoot from behind the goals

- The scorer’s table and team benches are off limits to media members
- Media will not be allowed on the side of the court designated for the teams
- At the Rio Rancho Events Center, radio stations may broadcast from the upper level on the east side of the arena or in the press box on the northwest side – courtside access will not be provided
- There will not be a “hospitality room”
