Piedra Vista Senior Golfer Aiming For Repeat Title In Familiar Location

Piedra Vista High School golfer Annie Yost is the NMAA defending state champion.  Last year as a junior, she won the 2024 individual medalist honors by six shots, helping the Panthers win the Class 5A team title.  This year she hopes for a repeat feat when she tees it up at the San Juan Country Club in her hometown of Farmington, New Mexico.  Yost recently won the 5A Preview Golf Tournament earlier this month at SJCC after a round of 72. Next year she will play golf at Florida Gulf Coast University.  Here is a recent conversation with the standout senior.
